Blue Door Pediatric Therapy, P.C., is owned and operated by Melissa Bradley-Potter, M.A., CCC-SLP. Melissa is a Nebraska licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist serving families in Omaha and surrounding areas. An Iowa native who lives with her husband, eight year old twin boys and five year old daughter, Melissa has been working with children and their families for more than a decade. Melissa is a parent of children with autism and ADHD.
Melissa is a Certified Hanen Instructor for the It Takes Two to Talk® Program and the More Than Words® Program. These programs teach families how to become their child's most important language teacher. She is a Certified Baby Signs Instructor, teaching families how to communicate with their babies with sign before they are able to talk.
Melissa is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) as well as the Nebraska Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NSLHA). She is also a member of the Nebraska Occupational Therapy Association (NOTA) and a guild member for the Autism Action Partnership (AAP). Melissa specializes in working with autistic children, children with Down Syndrome, ADHD, early intervention toddlers and preschoolers. Melissa is passionate about neurodiversity affirming practice, parent education, and mentoring the next generation of therapists to help our community. Melissa grew up on a farm in Iowa and went to undergraduate and graduate school at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. Melissa loves reading, children's literature, animals and coffee. She enjoys experiencing all of the wonderful activities that Omaha has to offer with her family and friends. Melissa has an 18 year old gray tabby cat named Dougal and a 3 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback dog named Bea. Her favorite color is turquoise and she has an iris garden that blooms in beautiful colors in the spring.

Jamie Bowden OTR/L is a Nebraska native who has been a practicing therapist for over 2o years. Jamie graduated from Creighton University with a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy. Jamie is passionate about working with families to meet functional goals, sustaining lifelong abilities through education and fitness. In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and children who are involved in sports, music and the arts.

Ben Harder, M.S., CCC-SLP is a Nebraska licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2013 and Master of Science degree from Rockhurst University in 2015. Ben is is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) as well as the Nebraska Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NSLHA). He has a certification in Augmentative and Alternative Communication. Ben has attended several focused training in the area of Applied Behavioral Analysis and Verbal Behavior for autistic children and other developmental delays. His area of interests includes early intervention, autism, pediatric speech sound disorders, and augmentative and alternative communication for those with significant and complex communication needs. Ben works closely with parents and other professionals to ensure each child is making progress toward their communication goals. In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and his dogs He also enjoys being active, and watching the Huskers!
